We collect information about the policy owner and their policy on our website, and then we share that with our network of buyers who will bid on the policy, if at all. We do not guarantee any sell. If we do sell a policy, Settle Life gets a percentage. You agree to use the Services only for their intended purpose and in compliance with this Agreement, all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Settle Life, Inc. is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You acknowledge and agree that Settle Life, Inc retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Website and Services, including all intellectual property rights.
